Women who have had shoulder surgery, please answer

How long after surgery until you could start wearing a bra again?
Labrum repair with an anchor I believe it was

Tomorrow, Monday, makes three weeks and I still can’t put on a bra, but I am out of the sling. I wear a F cup and had no support for just about three weeks… You can imagine how horrible my back feels along with my shoulder.
I have tried the sports bras that you just slide over your head, but I can’t get them on with one arm and the one that I have got on just put too much pressure under the armpit that it hurt the shoulder.
I have also tried a bra that claps in the front but every single one that I tried has a strap that goes over the incision and it hurts.
If you have any recommendations, besides those sticky bras that do not work for me, please let me know. 🥲

Shoulder surgery 11 days ago, period was week before, period is back now?

I had surgery for shoulder on April 27, my period came a few days early and ended on April 26.
Yesterday, may 7, I started bleeding again. may 5 I was spotting very dark blood and now it is the same color blood you get when your period first starts.
Should I call my gynecologist or is this normal?

Okay so got my surgery on Monday, he wanted sling off 24h after an I obliged. Yesterday I spent all day going between sling and no sling because I kept losing feeling in my arm and fingers were going purple until I raised hand up.

Today was a little better with the circulation, but I had to drive and run some errands today and I made it two blocks from the house before returning home for the sling. I took it off as soon as I was done driving. Resting my arm on my leg was too low and resting my arm on the center console was too high.

I have been taking the ibuprofen 600 every eight hours and the painkillers I was given did nothing for the pain but instead just made me extremely nauseous so I’m not taking them again.

>It was a bad labrum tear and something else along with doing something to fix where my shoulder dislocated initially.

Also had to go through ROM because I’ve had a frozen shoulder for 2+ months.

I’m sorry that I cannot be more helpful with what else was done, but that was all I could remember from what the surgeon told me post op. I have my follow up on Monday.

Is it typical to not wear a sling after the 24 hour mark?

Is it OK that I wore the sling driving when I am not supposed to be wearing it for anything besides sleep?

Why hurt so much? Lol
