hi, I am form India , Bihar and to be precise a small town which is still transitioning from village to town , doing major in political science form one of the lowest tier you can imagine type college it's local dummy college , few blocks away from my house.
I am quite infatuated with my course subject I want to study it more , but I have 3 career plans public policy , urban planning policies and finance .

yeah I am not comparing myself to these legends I am saying the possibilities are there maybe.
is there any possibility to get into a good foreign university with this sort of background and yes my family don't have millions of dollars neither a building to donate so everything is on me, even the GRE/GMAT forms cost the monthly salary.
so yeah should I treat it like a dream the one we see in sleep and vividly remembers next day
or the dream we see with open eyes and work towards it.
