Change of schedule

My baby turns 7mos in a few days and has really done well with her sleep training prior to a cold she got a couple weeks ago. She’s been on a 2/2.5/2.5/3 schedule with a wake up time at 6:30 and bedtime at 7:30pm. We had been trying to ween the last feed when she got her cold and so I fed on demand at nighttime (2x) to make sure she was hydrated and comforted. Now her nighttime waking is sporadic and inconsistent and usually she’d be able to settle herself in 10 minutes has me going in twice a night to feed after her crying for 45 minutes at a time. I’d like to get back to weening those night time feeds and feel like she’s outgrown her schedule. I’ve been told to stick to a certain wake-up and bedtime time but by adjusting I feel like I’m going to have to compromise on one. Is it time to go to two naps?

Thoughts? TIA

My six month old has finally had her first time being under the weather. I’m not exactly sure what’s going on though. Her cousin who is 12 weeks younger had a cold last week and I wasn’t aware of it until I was watching both of them. Sure enough, 6 days later my baby is sneezing nonstop and has a cough. All in all she seems to be in great spirits and her temperature is normal. I’m also wondering if this might also be allergies? It was nice last weekend and we had her on a blanket in the grass while we did yardwork. I’ve been nursing her on demand and extending her naps a little, adding in vitamin D drops and upping my hydration and vitamins, but is there something I should be doing beyond this? I don’t want it to get worse for her.
