I can’t get my fish take through the pipe. I’ve tried everything. Pushing air from both ends. Tried metal and nylon fish tape. Nothing. If anyone has any suggestions. I’d appreciate it. Thank you.

Update: i should have been more specific in my post. There are 4 pipes outside. I can’t get fish through any of them. One of them is supposed to lead to an elec room I’m working in on the second floor. Turns out it might not after all. It could lead to that room or a different elec room on the first floor. It could also lead to another room where there are 25+ boxes of the ceiling. It could go to any one of those boxes. We have no clue. I appreciate all the ideas guys.

Open to any thoughts. I'm an apprentice i Have to connect these toe pipes to the can. There is about a 4 inch height difference. I've tried using a heat gun to bend the pvc to where I want it to go. That didn't work, and I'd rather not keep chipping back on the foundation. Any ideas are much appreciated.
