Used potent topical steroids on my face, is it reversible?

I have been using daivobet on and off for the last 1-2 months without knowing how potent it is to the face, I stopped when I noticed redness but now I’m concerned that I might have permenantly damaged my face. Right now I have a constant flush that is reacting to everything, which has made me concerned as to how i should moisturize it. Right now the only thing it will tolerate is aveene sunscreen made for rosecea as i leave work in the morning and I feel like it is only getting worse. it is 2.5 weeks since I last used it on my face, has anyone had any experience with this? I feel like it is only getting worse and worse with whatever I do

Over the last few months I’ve been dealing with a lot of facial redness to which stupid me thought of using the topical steroids against because I thougt it might have been psoriasis, which i am also dealing with, it only made it worse. However yesterday the doctor diagnosed me with rosecea and I got azalaid acid 10% and used it twice like I was told, however only after one day use I feel like it has worsened far more than before, should I continue using it as recommended or should I cut down on it? I’ve read a lot about people switching to only once daily. Its weekend so I cant really talk to my doctor about it and I dont wanna worsen it either.
