I was going to post this on reddit as a question: If the NASDAQ has made index funds forcibly buy SpaceX stock after 15 days then isn't this guarantying an artificial "pump" to the stock and couldn't I then just sell once this has happened ?

I am not an investor (clearly) but I was hoping someone would be able to explain this to me as it seems to good to be true ?
