Okay so I finally visited GCR projects after months of just browsing brochures and I have thoughts

Okay so context my wife and I have been ""actively looking"" for like 8 months which basically means we've seen 200 decks and visited maybe 4 actual sites lol.

Finally pushed ourselves to do a proper GCR weekend last month. Hit DLF Arbour, Emaar Amaris, and Godrej Miraya across two days.

DLF Arbour look it's DLF, the brand does the talking. But honestly? Felt like we were paying for the name more than anything else. The sales guy was so polished it made me uncomfortable. Kept quoting appreciation numbers like he had a crystal ball.

Emaar was prettier. Like genuinely good looking project. But I don't know something felt more resort-y than actually liveable? Hard to explain. Like I'd love to holiday there, not sure I want to do laundry there.

Godrej Miraya surprised me. Sector 43 already feels like an actual neighbourhood there's a sabziwala outside, a school nearby, people walking dogs. That sounds silly but after seeing so many projects in the middle of nowhere it genuinely matters. Sample flat was no-nonsense, no fake ceiling heights or weird lighting tricks. Just felt honest.

Still haven't decided anything. Budget is a real constraint and GCR is GCR pricing. But if someone asked me where I felt most comfortable it was Miraya, which I wasn't expecting going in.
