Hello! Can an agent please assist me with a shipment I have from Xfinity that is requiring signature for delivery? I'm not able to be home during the delivery attempts and need to have the package held for pickup. When I contacted FedEx they said the sender doesn't allow any changes to the delivery preferences. Thankful for any help on this!

I’m a platinum member and received an email that as a platinum member I get an “apple watch on us”. I can’t find the code to redeem it anywhere in my membership rewards. I spoke to an agent and they could see my reward but said I needed the claim code. I need assistance as I’ve loved all over the member reward page and don’t see it anywhere! I want to redeem by the deadline of 5/10.
