Asking as the parent of student moving into CCS. We have a death in the family and need to prepare for funeral out of state. Is it possible to move time up for check in or even the day? It would help us a lot.
Are students allowed/not allowed to use Command Strips in campus housing? The Resident Handbook states that you can’t use adhesives like double sided foam/tape. This is kinda nuts if true.

One of my ancestors Boleslaw John Zalewski was supposedly born in “Poland-Russia” on 10 or 12 Dec 1884.
Clues to narrowing this down:
Recorded as place of birth on WWI registration card, it says Postrawia, Poland-Russia.
Place of birth recorded on WWII registration card is Postrauw, Poland.
One of his daughters wrote the word “Szumieliski” Poland as his place of birth on an official document in the mid 1950s.
Do I have any hope of learning his hometown? If you can lend advice or knowledge, I am appreciative beyond my best words.
