I was recently accepted into UTD, which I'm super excited about! However, I'm still waiting on decisions from a few other in-state and out-of-state schools.

Some of my friends told me I should just click "Accept Admission" on my UTD portal right now and that it won't impact my other pending applications. Is this true?

I'm a bit confused about how the process works. Should I leave the offer sitting there until I hear back from everywhere, or do I need to accept it now to hold my spot? Any advice on the standard etiquette/rules for this would be amazing.

Hello! Soo I have a quick initial interview on tuesday afternoon while I'll be on campus. I just realized its not on phone and I'll have to be on camera. Are there any spots or rooms I could book to take the interview? I'd appreciate any help! Thank you!

I'm a sophomore CS major at UTD. I know C++ and Java, I'm joining clubs, I'm prepping for interviews, and I'm working on a project, but I don't have an internship yet. Everyone around me seems to be building apps, doing cybersecurity stuff, and doing research, clubs, and mentorship all at once, and I don't know how they have time for it all. I've also been using ChatGPT a lot on my project and I'm scared I'm not really learning. I feel lost and don't know what I'm missing. What should I prioritize first to be competitive for internships next summer? How do people balance everything, and are there sophomore programs I should apply to? Any advice helps, thank you!
