its my first day of my period and i binged so bad. i feel so guilty and i hate it. i thought im not gonna eat much today bc of my period bloat but is there anyway i can digest this food faster cs i feel like im gonna throw up but i can never throw up somehow...i wish i can purge by throwing up😭atp i js wanna feel relief cs im so nauseous.
I used to be a chubby kid because she said babies need to be a little chubby. Then since 5 She fatshamed me every single day, forced me to diet and forced me to hop on the scale every week and if i havent lose the weight she will shame me. Until I hit puberty, got bullied so I lost the weight and kinda have an eating disorder. Then my mom said I'm too skinny and force me to eat. I tried recovery until she fatshamed me again so I decided I'll never believe her again. Because of her I develop severe body dismorphia. Now, I finally learn to like myself and like what I look in the mirror, she skinny shame me again and force me to eat everytime. She force me to eat until I feel like I'm gonna throw up. She even threaten me that if I don't eat, she'll cut all of my oppoturnities and I can't move out. Dinner or any meal with her feel extremely stressful and it's really driving me crazy. What should I do🥲
. i think the first one is water tint (its kinda look like the rom&nd dark coconut but more cool toned) and the second one is like a neutral tone with a little pink n red in it.
