Person intoxicated driving using Galaxy gas
Saw this person take a huge hit off a large purple cylinder (nitrous) thing and shouting with a low deep voice. Seen by the intersection going to 227th. 911 was called. Video doesnt show the can well but trust me as a gen z i know what they look like.
