Hi, so I have over 20 years of insurance/SIU investigation experience, and have periodically seen SIU positions posted at USAA. For anyone currently (or recently) employed in this position, can you provide some details about the reality of the job? Is it a good place to work, or a volume-based "churn and burn" atmosphere? Types of cases investigated? Monthly caseload? I appreciate any response people can provide.
