Hi everyone,

My visa was recently refused for general reasons last time, and I am now reapplying. To ensure a thorough overview this time, I’ve drafted a 26-page SOP that includes all my evidence and references.

RMIT has been incredibly supportive and reissued my COE immediately after the refusal and even encouraged me to reapply for the same semester (FEB 2026). However, I’ve decided to reapply for the July intake instead and they have reissued my COE accordingly.

I have a strong academic background and both of my parents hold PhDs.

Is it advisable to submit an SOP of this length? I would appreciate any advice on how to improve my application.
