Hi,

We have tried some very good salads in central Asia and I was wondering if anyone knows what spicy to use and how to prepare them.

1. Spicy tomato salad
   We really liked this combination at Navat but we don’t know if it had pickled tomato or not and what kind of spice they used

2. Warm eggplant salad
   We tried it in many places but except eggplant salad we do not know what else was in the salad. I couldn’t find any info online either.
