I’ve had my Boox Note Air 5c for less than 24 hours. It has been working perfectly, until I updated to the latest firmware and when I turned it back on the top half of my screen appears damaged. There has been no physical damage done to the device. I have tried doing a full refresh multiple times and restarting the device. Is there a way to clear this issue or is this a faulty device? Or is it related to the software update?

About 1/4 complete of this fun design for my newborn nephew! I decided to do the backstitch as I complete sections to mix it up a bit. I’m saving the French knots (for the animals’ eyes) for the end so they don’t get messed up.
