I am looking to go to Pico Arriero for sunrise and then walk to Stairway to Heaven. Is is true I can go before 8am and there is no gate?

Also, the first PR1 is fully booked. Can i book the one highlighted as it says it’s only one way after Pedra Rija so i can still turn around after Stairway to Heaven?
