My Aadhaar, PAN card, and all my marksheets have my surname written as my first name, which is quite common in Gujarat.

While applying for a new passport, I corrected it and used my surname properly as the last name, thinking it could create issues while traveling outside India.

Now I’m worried whether this name mismatch between my passport and other documents could cause any problems during document verification or onboarding at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

Has anyone faced a similar issue? How strict is TCS verification regarding name format differences across documents?
