


12vhpwr cable melted on PSU and ThermalTake support is useless
Last week on Saturday I was playing apex legends with my friend normally and my pc shutdown, it happened twice I decided to check the cables, I was lucky my GPU was ok but the cable melted on the PSU, I tried to reach out TT via their page and the only way I was able to do it was with the stupid form they have, one week and half later and I haven’t received any response, not even the case number
