i'm scared of being fired
i am a cashier/petcare specialist. yesterday i was written up for what my SL said was for multitple reasons. one was because i didnt communicate if i was helping pet parents as i was talking to the pet parent resulting in the sl asking again and me replying. another one was leaving the till area witch was already talked about and was said i improved a week before the writeup talk, saying i was still doing it wich i have no recollection about. ghe last thing was leaving customers at the till area for 10+ seconds because I was stocking or labeling products. also because my treats rewards and auto shipping rates for me was said to be bad.for two weeks when i has an inital warning i have been trying to improve my work and understand where i was wrong witch included asking my on shift managers and they said i was a good worker .im scared that im a bad worker and can i have advice to help improve myself
