My most used baby items at 3 weeks PP
Besides the essentials of crib, car seat, etc here is what I’ve actually used the most in my first three weeks with baby
- Newborn sleepers: I’ve put her in a body suit and pants when we’ve gone out, but we’re all about convenience at home
- Frida baby Nosefrida sucker: baby hasn’t been sick but it’s amazing how many boogers she gets
- Nipple butter: the pain is real!
- Nursing bras: I live in a nursing bra, leggings and zip down hoodie
- Hakka lady bug letdown milk collector
- Muslin burp cloths: Must have within reach EVERYWHERE. You cannot have too many. I prefer the muslin fabric over others.
- Extra bassinet to put baby down in living room etc: I prefer this over a Snuggle Me/infant lounger so that I can leave baby unsupervised if needed
- SwaddleMe swaddles: Easiest to use, didn’t like Love To Dream, Halo, or Ergobaby
- Sound machine with night light: Helps to sleep with a dim light on so you can easily pick up baby and breastfeed or change without needing to turn anything on
- Organizer to hang on the back of the door for all of baby’s items/extra diapers etc
