Multiple letters appears when I type anything, and in the video the game just stopped working at the end, any idea how to fix it?

I was playing Tomodachi life 2 and when putting text my game stop working, I restart the game and this is happened, every time I tried deleting or adding text the game stops working, I don’t know what to do
