I am two weeks into Navy OCS and I want to drop from the program as I don’t like it here. I am a SWO candidate and a civilian with no collegiate program affiliation. What is the best and fastest way to drop and how long does it take to get discharged? Will I be considered a veteran since I am an E5 now at the OCS? Can I apply and get into federal jobs later in my life if I drop from the OCS?
