I just finished BioShock Infinite, and I wanted to share a few thoughts.

First off, I know this is the subreddit for the franchise as a whole, not Infinite specifically, so I completely understand if the game's reception here has always been a bit controversial, or if people just don't like it.

But I loved it. I really did. I’ll admit I’m going through a pretty rough time emotionally right now—lots of stress, uncertainty about work, health problems and life in general. Games like Infinite break my heart a little, yeah... but they also manage to put it back together.

I was completely captivated by Columbia. The air, the clouds, the buildings suspended in the sky—you could feel them floating if you stopped for a moment to take in the scenery. Elizabeth really got to me, too. The whole experience felt a bit like a classic Disney movie, in the best possible way, or one of those smart, heartfelt adventure movies from the early 2000s like Atlantis. I'm genuinely grateful I got to spend my time living through this adventure, especially since it's been hard for games to pull me in like that lately. And the music, God the music... https://youtu.be/yv56ncTdTmU

With that in mind, I'd love to hear any recommendations for games (not purely narrative ones like Until Dawn or similar) that have a powerful story and, hopefully, an emotional soundtrack—something along the lines of Red Dead Redemption 2 or Mass Effect. Games that hit as hard as BioShock Infinite did. Maybe I'm asking for too much, but I've realized that's exactly what my heart is looking for these days.

Thanks in advance for reading, and take care everyone.

Oww don't know what happened. I uploaded some screenshots but doesn't seem to appear here :( well, it's a beautiful game.
