Jio refund not credited

Hi everyone, I need some help getting my Jio postpaid security deposit back. I deactivated my number in May 2025. They said the refund would take 60 days, but I never got an email to update my bank details and couldn't get past their AI customer support.

Finally, in April 2026, Jio emailed me to update my details. I did, and they promised the refund would arrive by April 30th. It's past that date and I still haven't received anything.Does anyone know how I can raise a complaint or contact a higher authority at Jio to get my money back? Thanks

Hello Everyone, many of the members of this subreddit are doing wonders and I need your little guidance as your small brother as currently I am feeling lost and don't know where to move.

I am Hotel Management Graduate from one of the IHM's in 2022 and at that time hotel industry was messed up because of Covid so I thought to change my career path and thought to do MBA and I appeared for CAT exam 3 times but always my score ended up near to 80 percentile, and at that percentile you won't get any good college.
So now I am feeling lost as I unable to find out to which side should I move as I have good business accumen and aanalytical skill so i thought to go for Business analyst bbut for this role companies require you to have either MBA or Engg. Degree.

So can anyone help me to come out or give me some advice as I am coming from a family where I was the only one who went to a regular college, so I don't have anyone who can guide me.
