Brazilian Student living in the UK who got into dream film school but cant afford it. PLEASE HELP!!!
Here is the story summary:
My name is Bella, and I am coming to you all today to try and help my friend out to raise funds to reach her dream. I had this friend and she is incredibly talented when it comes to her creativity. She is from Brazil and moved to the UK to complete her A-levels, in the hopes that she would be able to follow her dreams into film. Her talent had brought her so far and led to her gaining an unconditional offer at Kingston and a very low grade entry requirement into UAL as her portfolio was incredible. She was very anxious as she lacks belief in herself and thought that she wasn't good enough, but when she received these offers, she was over the moon excited. However, another issue had arose, this issue is that she cannot afford the high international fees to enter the university. This unfortunate news led to her, once again feeling down and the belief that she has to give up on her film dream and return back to Brazil. This news was heartbreaking to me, as I am one of her biggest supporters, and wish the very best for her, but watching the light drain from her eyes as she realised that this dream may not be achievable due to financial limitations made me feel like I needed to do something to help her. Although I cannot pay these fees for her, as much as I wish too, I wanted to share the story and hopefully encourage you all to donate even just a penny. Every penny truly makes a difference. I want to give my friend the opportunity to not waste her amazing talents and be able to go to her dream universities and achieve her life dream. All funds that are donated will be used to help pay for her tuition fees and cover any costs of her education. Please, help us to remove the financial limitation and allow her talents and hardwork to thrive!!!
