please can someone read this?
i have been diagnosed with GAD and Autism since i was around 7, im 16 now. been on pills for years but in the past few days my anxiety is just so bad, i don’t know why and it wont go away. normally i know why, but this time i dont have a specific reason. please can someone just give me any advice.
