Some say I have muted gray-green eyes with amber central heterochromia, some say hazel, and some say gray with amber central heterochromia that makes my eyes sometimes look green. I genuinely have no idea.

i always thought my eyes were blue but i think they’re grey

the hues/shades change depending on the light.

(I KNOW THAT THEY ARE BROWN AND I LOVE THE COLOR BUT IM AFTER THE SPECIFIC SHADE/COMBINATION NAME😭😭)

I was applying for a new drivers license and the lady at the counter looked at me like I was crazy when I didn’t know what to say for my eye color 😂

I’ve always been told they’re blue, but I have friends with very blue eyes and it just doesn’t look the same! Whenever I wear blue tops my eyes look green. When I wear green tops my eyes look blue. In some lighting they look gray.

I’ve mostly heard blue, gray or green. Thoughts?

Blue, but under sunlight, it turns into grey

My eyes used to be MUCH greener when I was a child but now appear to be nearly completely grey with a TINY hint of green but im curious what it would actually be :) Thanks!

Just so ya know, I don’t mind if you say brown I’ve always been told I’m brown. But they just always look so different in lighting and more dimension than a flat brown eye.
My mom has gray blue, dad has hazel but mostly green eyes. Two older sisters, one green eyes and the other even grayer blue eyes. None of my grandparents had brown eyes either.

All my left eye:

1. Natural lighting from an airport window
2. Sunset light
3. Flash

Both my parents have brown eyes, brother has the darkest brown I've ever seen, my son has blue...what the heck are mine?

I have no clue they also look different in different lighting 😭don’t mind my dry skin in the second pic haha

The bigger photos are new and the one in the corner on the left is an old photo taken on a different phone camera. I’m not sure if they’re amber or hazel. I’ve been told by family they’re gold/tigers eye colored in the sun.
