I made Roucy sort of work on Linux, you can mirror your Android or Graphene on Linux via scrcpy, You can even change the resolution to match your desktop dimensions.

I used the following command to start Rouvy on my phone and mirror it to my laptop with NixOS. I finished a workout without problems, navigation can be a little difficult.

scrcpy --new-display=1920x1280 --start-app=eu.virtualtraining.rouvy.android 

You need to enable developer mode and usb debugging (never tried wireless).
