So I’ve been riding this 2018 crf250r for sometime and the third ride after I bought it from someone this spot of mud started to from right there and every time I clean it off it just comes right back but I’m not leaking any gas or collant and don’t think I’m leaking any oil so any help will be appreciated I’ve cleaned it about 3-4 times already

Does any know why this would happen so I bought this bike around 2 months ago and it started to do this and the guy I bought it from was in the same type of riding environment and they weren’t cracked from when I got it so I must be doing something wrong any help (2018 crf250r)
