hi all I’m 32 and for the last 5 years since 2020 I occasionally wake up or as going to sleep at a night either straight pass out for 30 seconds or feel sick in my stomach and then pass out, can then be really warm and sweaty and then goes away and then is fine for a period of time, has happened 3 times this year all around 3 months apart, had ECG and heart is fine and blood tests and drs haven’t so far been able to find anything wrong, has anyone else had this?
