Client from 3+ years ago threatening to sue. Does she have grounds?

UPDATE: She signed the contract in Dec. of 2021...So it has been 5.5 years.
She also signed up to do another website service with me in 2022 (showing she liked my work), but we never ended up fitting her into my schedule.
I also now have a copy of the contract! It wasn't a great contract (admittedly ...I've learned since then!), but does include those videos.

Also learned my lesson about keeping everything! My site url got stolen, and rather than fight it I just changed my business name and moved on. Lesson learned there!
Contract was signed with my name, but at the time it was an SCorp

___

I finished this client's site 3+ years ago. She was happy with it, paid all invoices, etc.

Since then, I closed my business and no longer have access to the business email address (Someone actually bought the URL since then).

Today, I received this voicemail.
Since I haven't had access to that email in 2+ years, I had no idea what she was talking about so I sent a quick text explaining. She mentioned she never got videos walking her through how to change her site. While I am pretty 100% sure I sent them, I offered to record them again and said I just needed admin access in order to record the personalized videos for her.

Attached are the texts.

Do you think she has grounds to actually sue?
I am working on getting a copy of the contract (it's stuck on a site where my login was the email address that was closed).

I have anxiety as is, and this is really worrying me even though I don't feel I have done anything to deserve this treatment from her. I offered to send the videos, but she declined. Does this actually have a leg to stand on?

Located in Utah.

Help with placement?

I’ve had a really rough last few years and it shows! I think I’m finally ready to hop on the DIY beauty train.
I’m aware I need a lot of work, but could anyone help me with placement for Botox on my forehead and 11s? I feel like I have an idea from reading lots of material in this group, but what would you personally do?
