Can I do Dr. Lipo + V in this spot or will it make it more saggy? I have naturally chubby cheeks but have lost some weight. Ive heard different opinions about this location and it seems relative to the person, so I’m looking for advice. thanks! :)

A little background: I have constant lip and chin clenching. I used to have bruxism and it evolved into this. My lips are always in a grimace. A lifetime of this clenching led to a deep labiomental fold and class 2 division 2 mallocculsion. I had braces and a genioplasty but the genioplasty relapsed because of this constant clenching and retro force against my face.
So I tried tox. First a few sessions into my mentalis and this reduced the clenching about 30%. Then last night I tried microdosing the DLI and orbicularis oris/lip muscles in the bottom lip.
This morning I woke up with this lip asymmetry. This was done specifically for clenching and not cosmetic reasons - the good news is that the clenching/grimacing is almost gone. The bad news is the visible lip asymmetry. It is actually more prominent in the mirror than what the picture shows.
It is the top corner/top lip that drops down on the right side (picture left) that is causing the asymmetry. The bottom lip looks fine in the mirror, it is just that corner that droops down. Where on the left side (picture right) should I inject to even things out? Is it the OO or DAO that is causing the corner and top lip to droop?

I have all the respect in the world for people who do this regularly now. I thought I was prepared with the many videos I've watched, articles I've read, book I ordered here (shoutout to Jay!), syringe techniques, etc etc. But there's things that I just didn't really know until I got to doing it.
I ended up bending 3 or 4 needles just trying to extract the botox from the vial! And then being able to inject at the right angle, get into the right plane, manuever the needle, push the plunger, avoid bending the needle, and measure the dosage all at the same time was challenging. The people online make it look so easy!
Towards the end, I started getting the hang of it and feeling like I was maneuvering more easily. I still do not feel like I mastered it at all and will have to do it many more times before getting to that point. We'll see about the results, I'm super curious. I do feel like I was able to re-treat areas that sometimes it didn't feel like the injector would pay much attention to.

Hi all. So I done no Botox above my brows and they are moving still. Yes I was going for the frozen look and I didn’t do any of these areas when I done them originally because I was scared of brow drop. The higher eyebrow has always been stronger like in the picture so it is nothing unusual but I hate it. I have mapped out where I think I should do touch ups to correct it but keep second guessing myself and I think I need a little bit more above the higher brow to even it out? I also haven’t done my bunny lines,jowls and depressor which I would like to do at the same time as correcting my brows. Any advise would help. Thank you.

What does everyone do with the velasem since you can’t keep it? They only give two bottles but say they need discarded way before you can wait the 4-6 for the next microneedling session with velatox. I keep running out of the velasem with bottles left of velatox! Why in the world wouldn’t they just give equal sized bottles to match!?

Hey guys, I’ve been in DIY for a while doing my lip filler and occasionally threads all successful. but I’ve never done Botox on my own so I thought I’d get a little advice since my forehead is a 3 head and my anatomy is small (thanks Neanderthal ancestry ig.)
I figured I would get some advice from y’all on how to address my forehead along with the rest of my face. I know I wanna do masseter tox because I have horrible TMJ as you can see I’m a little bit heavier on my right side. If you guys could do me a solid and Mark in red, where my no go zones are, and if you’re feeling generous, maybe a little diagram of where would be the best places for my first round I have 100u innotox X3 . FYI I have the tales of my eyebrows pretty much shaved off and they naturally grow lower than they are in this picture. I just waxed.
