Beginner touch up and brow lift

To everyone who helped me last time, thank you so much!

I’ve watched in amazement as the TOX has taken effect over the last fortnight. 😆🙌 One side has responded more than the other, probably due to previous top-ups with my injector.

I’m taking things slowly and looking at my brows next, plus top up. The photo exaggerates it slightly, but one brow sits higher (Spock brow? 😝). I also have a stubborn crease above my brows that my injector has always struggled with.

I’ve been looking at Dr Bita Farrell’s brow lift technique and would really appreciate your feedback on my topup and whether a subtle brow lift as per my dots would be advisable.

Bruno appearing in last photo as he seems very popular 😝🤎 thank you again ❤️❤️

Botox placement first time

Little Bruno for attention 😅🐶

Okay, I think I’m finally ready to give tox a go after doing meso a few times. I’ve got the book and I’m planning to start with the beginner forehead pattern.

Does my placement look right? The depth is the bit making me most nervous because I’ve only ever injected very superficially with meso. The book suggests the upper forehead points are deeper, around 6 mm, and the lower row around 3–5 mm. Is that what others actually do?

I was planning 2 units per point.
I’ve also got Nabota, but I’m starting to second-guess it after reading some mixed reviews. Anyway it will do for my first times. Thank you so much for any help

DIY Heaven Book

Bruno and I have woken up to this book arriving and we’re already impressed… and we’re only on page 12! 😂

I was actually hesitant about buying it, but I’m so glad I did. It’s genuinely the best guide I’ve found.

I’ve found a lot of the PDFs and information online far too technical, probably because they’re written with medical professionals in mind. Within the first few pages of this, I already felt more educated because it gives me the information I actually need as a DIYer, in a way that’s easy to understand.
The diagrams are brilliant, the language is clear and it’s such an easy read.

So happy I bought it. Thank you so much for putting this together! ❤️

What next after Curenex and Hyaron?

I’ve tried Curenex and Hyaron using both meso and BAP and I’m loving it so far. It’s been really empowering (and fun!) being able to treat my skin with products that would otherwise be pretty expensive.

I’d love to know everyone’s favourite beginner-friendly treatments, products and skin boosters to try after Curenex and Hyaron?

Other than TOX, which is next on my list once my current TOX has worn off 😊

I’m especially interested in skin quality, hydration, collagen stimulation and general rejuvenation, rather than filler/volume (which id probably not DIY)

VO for beginner

I completely freaked myself out last night after searching vascular occlusion on Reddit 🫣

I’d previously understood that Curenex and Hyaron were relatively safe for meso, but then came across quite a few posts saying that VO is still possible.

I’d already researched the main facial danger zones, but the more vascular anatomy I looked at, the more I realised there are vessels pretty much everywhere and that everyone’s anatomy can vary.

Does anyone have any good resources, courses, videos or anatomy material they’d recommend specifically for facial mesotherapy/skin boosters? 🫣

Is a 34g 4mm needle ok for Hyaron

I believe I need a different needle to the one I used for Curenex - I think a 30G which I’ve ordered. I did Curenex for first time yesterday - so buzzing to have started this journey 🥰

Uk based meso DIY’ers

Can I ask where you’re getting your 2.5 needles from? I’ve been searching - but struggling to find 🫣 I’ve got some 4mm coming - but I’d prefer to have 2.5 for first time

First time meso

I’ve just had my first meso delivery, which is very exciting! I got Curenex and I’ve been looking through the files and watching some of the YouTube tutorials.

Does anyone have a **specific mesotherapy tutorial** they’d recommend that’s quick, clear and easy to follow?

I understand the recommended depth is around **2 mm…..**that’s the part I’m most nervous about, how do you know you’ve actually reached the correct layer/depth when injecting?

I want to understand the technique properly before attempting anything, so any good beginner resources or advice would be really appreciated. Thank you!

Using ChatGPT to covert recipes

Just wondering if anyone else is doing this? I started to get bored of cookido so I’ve made a few things by finding the best example of the recipe via ChatGPT and then getting it to convert to TM manual steps. So far I’ve done lasagne, curry and a lemon desert- all were a great success. Obviously extra step of referring to ChatGPT for next step as in manual mode

Milk and blush clip ins

My clipins are getting so frizzy and dry - can anyone recommend a product to help? I made a halo from a weft which I love - good colour match. But it’s a shame the hair is already feeling quite dry.

Repeating loading phase

I did a loading week and then went to Italy - went extremely brown in a few days of minimal exposure 😅 and have maintained a little since back in UK - it’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve had any and I don’t think there is much sun for a number of days. I’m still a good colour - so you need to go through a loading phase again after 2/3 weeks off?
