Currently, my wife is admitted to a hospital in the Philippines and found out there was an unpaid bill amounting to 18k in this same hospital from 20 years ago when my wife was still 6 years old. Upon talking to the in charge "they said this balance must be paid including the interest and a total of 130k. Please advise what to do.
