Remote start?

I bought a new Blazer RS 3 years ago. I got a notification that my subscription to remote access was expired, and now it’s going to be $14.99 plus tax/month to keep just remote access (starting, unlocking, etc). This seems a little crazy to me, especially for a premium trim of a vehicle. My wife drives a Hyundai Tucson and her remote access is just a given.

Is this normal for other brands to charge for this feature? Is it worth making a stink about to try and get it for another 3 years for nothing, and if so would I make said stink to the dealership or Chevrolet? I’m in Canada.

Missing items

Has anyone else had the experience of adding things to your order on the app and then those items don’t come in your delivery and aren’t on the receipt? What causes this? For example, I placed an order yesterday and had PC Greek Yogurt in the order. Checked it around 11pm before I went to bed and it was there. Got our order this morning and it’s no longer on the order and therefore wasn’t in our delivery or on the receipt.

It’s not the biggest deal, but it happens often and is annoying. Is it an app bug or something on the store end?
