Day trip from Hyderabad this Saturday — suggestions / company welcome
I’m new to Hyderabad and planning a day trip this Saturday. I can drive and was thinking of an early-morning start, ideally somewhere within 100–150 km of the city.
Would love recommendations for places worth exploring — especially somewhere with nature, hiking, history, culture, or interesting local food. Happy to go a little off the beaten track rather than just tick off the usual tourist spots.
A little about me: M53, fit and athletic, enjoy hiking and the outdoors, introverted but good company once the conversation gets going. Well-read, well-travelled, a bit of a foodie, and always interested in history, culture and discovering new places.
Also open to having some good company for the drive/day out if anyone feels like joining. We could decide on the destination together, grab some good food along the way, explore, and be back in Hyderabad by evening.
