Ive been concerned about my turtles recemtly as their shells have been looking like this and before anyone asks no the shell specifically the white parts dont smell and arnt soft also i do have a proper uvb reflector bulb and a heating lamp on top of that i also have a good baskimg area for him.

I have 2 maquarie river short necks that are only around a year old, i purchased them in november and they have been living fine (no fighting or aggression).

Ive purchased 6 goldfish and have put them in the tank, so far the turtles havnt tried attacking, my question is will these fish last or will the turtles eat them? (I accidentally put too much fish food in the tank if your wondering what the floating stuff is).
