Is this normal? I’m a CRC at a hospital, my boss had told me I’m the best CRC they’ve had and looking to the future would want be in charge of all CAR-T non oncology trials at the hospital (I’m working on the first one at our site). She told me she’s pushed for my promotion, I’ve only been a CRC for a year but everyone else had gotten their promotion at the 1 year mark.

HR called me today and offered me my same pay rate but salaried instead of hourly so now without overtime opportunity for the senior title. Am I or is this offer insane? Is this normal?

I don’t know if anyone can help ( if there are cat trappers on this sub, etc.) but there’s is a small black kitten under/in a black SUV on the southwest corner of Girard and Germantown ave. A note was left for the driver but worried the cat won’t meow and they’ll drive away.

ETA: next morning, cat moved to the car directly behind it. Brought more food but still can’t reach it. Will see if kitten comes out with food
