since Airbnb banned indoor cameras last year, what are you actually using to know what's happening in your property during a stay?
Since April 2024 I feel completely blind during stays. Smart lock tells me the door opened, noise sensor tells me it got loud, but nothing tells me how many people are actually in the property right now.
Had a situation where extra guests clearly stayed — cleaner found evidence — but couldn't prove it for AirCover.
What are other hosts actually doing about this? Is there something that works or is everyone just accepting it as a cost of hosting?
