A lot of people are saying its a straight nerf, heres why I dont think that. Cooldown for block is lessened, it automatically removes punch cooldown if you land it, AND it gives PERMANENT overheal that STACKS, sure it has a little less stun time but its fine, charge no longer has helpless or slowness but it was moved to regular punch instead, I really dont get why its such a big issue, can somebody explain why its trash?

Edit: forgot to mention you can only block m1s thats the only thing I would change, you should be able to block all melee attacks apart from dash abilities, like slashers behead. But thats like the only thing I really want to change
