Ugh why do I always sabotage myself?..
I started IF 5 yrs ago after I had my 3rd child. Loss a ton of weight with 20:4. I had my son in 23' and decided to do what I knew worked. I already knew that the first few days are the hardest and got over it and was back in the groove. I went from 228 to 218 in a week. I'm 5"9 and wanted to get to 175 as goal weight. Then I decided to take a cheat day/ period cave-in break and order a BK whopper lol after that I just lost all motivation on continuing. I didn't really eat bad per-say but my fasting hours would end later than 7pm which is usually my cutoff from 3-7pm. Next thing I know I'm back to just eating nearly all my prep meals and have gained back 8 of the 10Lbs . If any of you have any advice on how to get back on track , plz lmk how to do so . Thank you
