Im a 40 year resident and i work in a professional services sector that pays well. Truly blessed. But this old client of mine had a personal tradegy and he asked me to help him with his assests etc. I said ok but for a fee. We agreed and signed a contract. He did not pay. Wrote me a stupid email about "parting ways". I sued him in court PRO SE and I just won yesterday!! The judge was amazing. Local boy born and raised and he was not putting up with some rich mainlaind jerk. The defendants attorney tried to throw everything at my case but in the end it did not work. Now i just need to collect which will be easy. I feel like i won one for the folks who get up and do the right thing everyday!!!

I was thin and athletic all my life until menopause. I gained 60 lbs and hated how i looked with a big fat stomache. I got on Zep and have lost 30 so far. As a person whose always been skinny i cant tell you how happy i am for folks who have been fat all their lives finally getting thin!! I mean i couldxread the stories all day long!! I have a client thats clawed his way to the middle class. He has money but not like a mega millionaire. Ive let him dictate tgexterms of our contracts since we met yrars ago. He asked me to create a proposal for one ofchis homes and i did BUT i have myself a higher commission and told the mf that listing at 1.8m is not going to happen. Well i lost the listing thank god. I brought him 13 offers on that property and the mofo did not take any of them. I never had the heart to tell him how the investors laughed at his cheap remodel and craigslist furniture ( extra cost..lol). Fuck you buddy. Free at last to focus on REAL clients who arent mingy.
