My cat : female , young

I was just brushing my cats teeth then I saw blood on her gums it wasnt too much but still I got worried and cleaned it with solution. After blood is gone I saw this orange thing on her gums in the connecting point of teeth and gum , I am trying to clean it but it doesnt go off. What do you think it is

When I try to clean it of with cotton , cotton changes color.
