I am deeply conflicted. I have Phainon at E0 without his signature lc, S0. I also have Cedrya, Sunday, Cyrene all at E0 and none of them have their sig lc either. I am F2P. Should I get Phainon's E2 or should I pull for Himeko Nova? I love them both and can't get both. I also wont have enough jades for a guarantee lc.
