Working ako ngayon as TA Specialist sa isang company and para akong nagka trauma sa recruitment mismo dahil ibang iba sistema nila sa pinanggalingan ko, ang sobrang manual ng phone screenings and interview process.

Now I want to find a job na magagamit ko pa rin skills ko with recruitment na kumbaga di na ako yung magpapakapagod na mag recruit ng tao, as the title say work on the background na lang, di masyadong pressured sa target date to hire

Willing din ako siguro with trainings ganyan or what other fields maybe can you advise me. Concern ko rin siguro pa dahil 2 months rendering needed sa amin, di ako basta basta makakaalis dahil ako lang recruiter nung company. Heeeeelp...😭😭😭

Hello everyone, I am currently a TA Specialist in a company in the Philippines, but I would like to change my path somehow because I am tired of doing the outreach to candidates already.

Can you advice me some possible roles I can apply to that maybe still involved with recruitment process but I am not the one processing applicants already? Like is there a way to be working on the background instead?

Sa mga TAs or nasa recruitment diyan, gusto ko lamg sana ng makakausap kasi lately di ako makatulog ng maayos at manghihina kumain dahil sa nahihirapan ako sa current hirings ko ngayon.

To give you context, ako lang ang iisang Talent Acq. Specialist ng company namin so ako sumasalo lahat ng hiring for Philippines. Ngayon, may hirings ako mixture of ang interviewers ay yung iba taga Europe at yung iba naman from US. So kumbaga iba ibang timezones cover ko.

For 2 weeks na akong automatic nagigising sa madaling araw at papasok agad sa utak ko about work then di na ako makakatulog. And siguro sa pagiging overthinker ko, daming pumapasom sa isip ko na negative thoughts, minsan para akong nasusuka na ewan and nanginginig kamay.

Gusto ko humingi ng tulong sa hiring dahil salo ko lahat ng buong recruitment process pero wala naman akong katuwang. Paano ba to 😭
