Is MBBS worth it??

Bhai mereko itna doubt ho rha h na ki agar mai mbbs na kar ke biotech ya pharmacy kar lu aur fir job nhi lag rhi ya kam kama rhi hu toh mereko fir regret na ho ki mbbs nhi ki. Mereko nhi padhna itne saal upar se itna work load doctors pe. Night shifts and all. Par at the same time samajh nhi aa rha ki scope kaha hai mbbs ke alawa. Mereko accha kama na hai aur jaldi thoda. Mereko dar h ki Mbbs nhi ki toh khi mai kam na kamau aur peeche na reh jau but Mbbs me toh 10 ke baad shi se kamana shuru hota hai. Koi kehta hai baaki kisi me scope nhi pharma biotech etc. me aur mbbs me hi stability hai but meri life ka kya bhai doctors ko sab sacrifice karna hota hai. Mujhe jeena hai shi se. Idk what to do anymore and I'm so confused.

Can anyone tell me If not MBBS then what should I pursue as a career?

I have always dreamt of becoming a doctor since childhood. Everyone around me kept telling me that once you become a doctor, your life is set.

And I thought that I'll have financial stability after completing 5.5 years of MBBS. But after seeing how long it takes, I'm beginning to realise that I don't want to spend my whole life studying.

I want to gain financial independence till 25-26 completely and move aboard. And also coming from a middle class financially unstable family, I don't know what to genuinely do now. I am confused between Biotech btech, AI related fields and pharmacy and all.

But which one is going to be the best for me? Any advice?

My qualifications are 12th pass only. So I'll start with bachelor's.

Any experiences from people who studied biotech, pharmacy, microbiology, AI, or related fields?

I recently graduated from high school and have been researching different career paths. Growing up, I wanted to become a doctor, but after learning more about the medical journey, I'm also exploring other options. I'm particularly interested in biology and have been looking into biotechnology, microbiology, pharmacy, and AI-related programs. My long-term goal is to pursue a master's abroad if possible, but because of my family's financial situation, I also need a career path that offers decent job opportunities and allows me to become financially independent as early as possible.
