Is my dealership taking my money from front end gross and moving it to back end??

Today I signed a lady up for 0 down and 675 a month, I don't know how much the gross payable was, the car was around 22-25k after ttl. Anyways I went back into the sales tower after talking to my customer and saw that before she went into finance her payment was 616 now, I ended up looking at the screen and found a part that said "gross payable" which was like 1600 and some change. Now doesn't that mean if she signed up for 675 the gross payable would be more around 3100, since the 70 extra bucks a month would equal to about 1500 extra front end? Or am I crazy.... cause if that's true then my commission went from 620 to 320....

Btw this isn't the first time i've noticed them lowering the payment after signing them up for higher WHILE APPROVED.. It's not like the customer only got approved for lower. Idk i might be incorrect bc idk everything about everything just curious!

What am i supposed to invest in?!?

Hi i'm a 19yo F and I desperately want to learn about investing. I have about 11k in my HYSA and i have no idea where to put it lol. I have about 1500 in a couple of select stocks and another 1000 in some crypto. I have no idea where to start. Could someone please point me in the right direction? I'm currently reading "rich dad poor dad". Every time I ask someone about this stuff they always respond with such vague answers. Are there any books I can read? That would explain what the terminology is etc. Where do i invest my money that's in my roth IRA?! What is the difference between a traditional IRA, i have NO idea what half of this stuff is but i DESPERATELY want to learn. I prefer books or audiobooks over a youtube video. Thank you for reading and lmk!!!

Should I stay at a sub lender or move to a luxury dealership?

I'm a 19yo f and i've been in sales for about 4 months, I work at a sub lending (nissan kia etc) dealership. I'm not sure what my average really is bc i started out at 6.5 a month and have progressively sold more each month, last month I sold 18.

I plan on moving to a bigger city in about 6mos to a year. The population of my city is about 70k, it's not the best but it has its nice parts, it's very under developed. I plan on moving to a bigger city, i like texas and Irving has a great vibe and seems like the kind of people and setting I want to be around. But I noticed there were more luxury/ higher end cars over there.

At my dealership, we get a lot of impulsive buyers, or at least MY customer base is like that. Which makes it a little easier i feel like. So im wondering if it'll be easier to work at a luxury/ higher end dealership like lexus bmw etc, because there's more demand for them, (based off what i've seen) or maybe a dealership like chevy or ford where they sell higher end trims and trucks but still have an affordable selection.

Another concern is dealership culture, my dealership has an amazing owner and amazing managers. They promote based off of hard work and consistency vs seniority, they're very encouraging and not lazy themselves. The owner has personally come in every time there's a new batch of people and sometimes even sits in on the training which is 4 days. Point is I love the culture my dealership has, i'm worried I won't be able to find another like that!

I'm making about 8.5k a month right now, i'd like to keep raising my monthly income or at least stay in the 8's.

Let me know what you guys think!
