Dorados Casino Scam Proof: Forcing purchases to cash out free winnings" Then totally ghost you!
I won $50.00 off the $2.00 sign up bonus at Dorados Casino ( just enough to cash out) I went through KYC verification. Then tried to cash out and the redemption button is locked until a coin package is purchased ( this is supposed to be No PurchaseNecessary) . The payment is going through api.payment-gateway.io, that's not a trusted site, those are for high risk companies . I contacted customer service. He said I was verified , there is no purchase necessary and it was just a "glitch " and he was "escalating " , that was June 13,2026. I have reached out two more times since then. Same story, they are" escalating " , but I haven't heard anything. It's June 28, 2026. I'm just trying to let everyone know what they are doing. Other public forums show the same pattern of non payments, non responsive and locking people out of their accounts. Please read reviews on trustpilot from others as well...
