when i am playing any steam game and Minecraft, my game audio is all messed up. Like it sounds corrupted, it feel 'low resolution' if that makes sense. This has been happening since i have reinstalled windows after replacing my SSD. And no, it only happens with steam games and Minecraft, everything else sounds normal.
